    I am in phase 4 of the fiber optics deployment project. Can you tell me when you will begin providing HD service?

  2. primetimecomm says:

    Thanks for your question, David. All services are scheduled for release in October of this year. This was the date given back in March at our community meeting.

    What is happening with the on-TV guide and the Zap
    2 It guide?….as of today, July 4th, they only go
    to channel 24, and even then don’t tell what is on
    all of those channels.

  4. "Action" Jackson says:

    Can anyone tell me what is going on with the Zap2It TV Guide on the TV and on the Internet? Both of them are only showing the first 24 channel numbers on the menu. I can still select all 82 channels on my remote control, but no way of finding out what is scheduled.
    My neighbors(on Primetime) are having the same problem.

  5. Syd Bibby says:

    Today, July 6th, Zap2it Guide on Channel 80 only shows programs through Channel 24. We are able to access all the channels through 80 with our remote, but have no way of knowing what is playing through the guide.

  6. primetimecomm says:

    Thank you for your comments regarding the Zap2It Guide. Our engineers have established that Zap2It lost Prime Time’s channel guide this weekend. They are working to resolve this problem and have the guide restored to its regularly functioning status as soon as possible. We will update here when the issue is resolved.

      Thanks for this answer, I appreciate the prompt response. For your information; the line that shows the Date and Time of my inquiry is not correct. And the line on your answer showing the time of your response (8:58PM) is not correct.
      Maybe something is haywire with your clock system?

  7. primetimecomm says:

    The engineers have found a fix to the Zap2It guide problem, but since this requires action from a third-party provider, the fix may not be seen for all customers until up to 48 hours from now. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

    And thank you for pointing out the problem with the clock system on the blog. Unfortunately, it seems to be a problem with the template we used for this blog so there doesn’t seem to be a quick fix. Apologies for any confusion this causes.

  8. "Action" Jackson says:

    Today is Saturday, 11 July, 5:30PM MDT.
    I just went to the Zap2IT program guide on the Internet and found two problems:
    1. The guide was showing a date of Thur 9July 9PM
    2. The guide shows that THE MTN channel as Ch 83;
    THE MTN is on Ch 82! OOOPS?

  9. primetimecomm says:

    Thanks, “Action.” Our engineers have been made aware of these issues and are looking into them now.

  10. "Action" Jackson says:

    1. My CH 20is out since Monday 10 Aug.

    2. refer to my posting of July 11, 2009 11:36 PM;
    that problem still isn’t fixed.

  11. "Action" Jackson says:

    OOOOPS! On my recent posting I said my CH 20 was out,
    I meant to say that my CH 29 is out. Sorry for the goof.

  12. Melody Childress says:

    Channel 64 (LMN) is actually showing Ch 2 programs? This has been happenung for a couple of days that I know of. What is the problem? Thank you.

  13. primetimecomm says:

    Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention, Melody. Our engineers are working on it now. We will let you know as soon as it is resolved.

  14. Melody Childress says:

    Channel 80 (Zap2it) is not working. It was out for some time on Thurs and most of today, Fri. Thank you.
