I am having the outside of my home power-washed tomorrow starting at 8 and painted several days later. The provider of this service saw that the box outside the house that contains the workings of the phone/TV (?)/computer was open and the contents strewn all over the ground. He helped me to get around to the side of the house to see what had happened–I have foot and ankle problems and can only weare flip-flops for the foreseeable future and thus am unable to walk unaided around to the side of my house with all the stones on the ground.

I noticed that the box is not the same one I saw last fall when the contents were strewn all over the ground and I had neither phone nor computer working. This one is cheap plastic, whereas the original one was heavy duty metal. This one won’t stay closed and seems to be too small to hold all the wires, box, etc.

Can someone please come to my home to take a look at the flimsy box and do something to keep it closed—or replace it with a better one?

THAT MAY BE THE REASON WHY MY PHONE KEEPS CUTTING IN AND OUT!!!! I have given up on having good phone service after many visits over the past two years to correct the problems without much success.

I have many health issues and without a cell phone (can’t afford one) depend on both my phone and computer working in case of an emergency.

Thank you for any help you may be ble to provide.
